Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) is
also beneficial, but most research has been done on German chamomile
and it is the most commonly used in teas.
Camomile tea is caffeine-fre and can be consumed on a daily basis.
Chamomile can be used topically or orally to treat a number of everyday ailments, such as:
- Insomnia and other sleep disorders
- Anxiety and Panic Attacks- Muscle twitches
