Honey and Fruit Smoothie All-fruit-smoothie-37811-ss

With this quick and nutritious drink, stay refreshed all day!

Ingredients:
Honey, 5 tablespoons
Ripe mangoes (Peeled and Chopped), 2
Ripe Bananas (Peeled and Chopped), 2
Ice cubes (Crushed), 8 to 10
Yoghurt, 2 cups
Lemon Juice, 2 tablespoon
Fresh Mint Leaves, to garnish

Procedure:
Refrigerate the mango and banana slices for about an hour.
Once the fruits are frozen, place the fruits, yoghurt and honey in a blender.
Blend everything until the consistency is smooth.
To the mixture, add the crushed ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into individual glasses and garnish the smoothie with mint springs.
The Honey and Fruit Smoothie is ready to be served!

Lime Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lime (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup lime sherbet (can be light or low fat)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups ice
You can substitute key lime yogurt for the sherbet for a smoother, albeit, slightly different taste.



Cranberry Smoothie

Cranberry Smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 2/3 cup cran-raspberry juice (less, if this is too sweet for you, but I like it sweeter)
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 8 oz of yogurt, preferabbly Raspberry
  • 1 1/2 cups of ice
Blend until smooth, give it a taste and decide if you need more ice or juice.

oh sister this looks so yum yum lol I must try this I have some frozen cranberries and raspberries in the freezer just waiting on me to get busy.
