Most Beautiful Hadith.

Assalam alaikum,
There is this Hadith related from the Messenger of Allah, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, one sees in the Islamic Mysticism and Spirituality website, by the greatest Army General ever, Khalid Ibn Walid( radhi-Allahu anhu). A Bedouin came one day to the Holy Prophet (alaihi salat wassalam) and said to him, ''O Messenger of Allah! I have come to ask you a few questions about the affairs of this world and the Hereafter''. Ask what you wish.

Q:I'd like to be the most learned of men
A:Fear Allah, and you will be the most learned of men
Q:I wish to be the richest man in the world
A:Be contented, and you will be the richest man in the world
Q:I'd like to be the most just man
A:Desire for others what you desire for yourself, and you will be the most just of men.
Q:I want to be the best of men
A:Do good to others and you will be the best of men.
Q:I wish to be the most favoured by Allah
A:Engage much in Allah's Praise, and you will be the most favoured by Him.
Q:I'd like to complete my faith.
A:If you have good manners you will complete your faith.
Q:I wish to be among those who do good
A:Adore Allah as if you see Him. If you do not see Him, He sees you. In this way you will be among those who do good.
Q;I wish to be obedient to Allah
A;If you observe Allah's commands you will be obedient.
Q:I'd like to be free from all sins
A:Bathe yourself from impurities and you will be free from all sins.
Q:I'd like to be raised on the day of judgement ion the light
A:Do not wrong yourself or any other creature, and you will be raised on the day of judgement in the light.
Q:I'd like Allah to bestow His mercy on me
A:If you have mercy on yourself and others, Allah will grant you mercy on the day of judgement.
Q:I'd like my sins to be very few
A:If you seek forgiveness of Allah as much as you can, your sins will be very few.

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu


Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Avoid the seven great
destructive sins." They (the people!) asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What are
they?" He said, "To join partners in worship with Allah; to practice
sorcery; to kill the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause
(according to Islamic law); to eat up usury (Riba), to eat up the property
of an orphan; to give one's back to the enemy and fleeing from the
battle-field at the time of fighting and to accuse chaste women who never
even think of anything touching chastity and are good believers."

Virtues of the Prophet (PBUH) and Companions

Narrated Anas (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

There was a Christian who embraced Islam and read Surat-al-Baqara and
Al-Imran, and he used to write (the revelations) for the Prophet
(Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam). Later on he returned to Christianity again
and he used to say: "Muhammad knows nothing but what I have written for
him." Then Allah caused him to die, and the people buried him, but in the
morning they saw that the earth had thrown his body out. They said, "This
is the act of Muhammad and his companions. They dug the grave of our
companion and took his body out of it because he had run away from them."
They again dug the grave deeply for him, but in the morning they again saw
that the earth had thrown his body out. They said, "This is an act of
Muhammad and his companions. They dug the grave of our companion and threw
his body outside it, for he had run away from them." They dug the grave for
him as deep as they could, but in the morning they again saw that the earth
had thrown his body out. So they believed that what had befallen him was
not done by human beings and had to leave him thrown (on the ground).

Patients -

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The example of a
believer is that of a fresh tender plant; from whatever direction the wind
comes, it bends, but when the wind becomes quiet, it becomes straight
again. Similarly, a believer is afflicted with calamities (but he remains
patient till Allah removes his difficulties). And an impious wicked person
is like a pine tree which keeps hard and straight till Allah cuts (breaks)
it down when He wishes."

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "If anyone of you
feels drowsy while praying he should go to bed (sleep) till his slumber is
over because in praying while drowsy one does not know whether one is
asking for forgiveness or for a bad thing for oneself."

Bukhari Vol. 1 : No. 211

The best (in conduct) among you before Allah is the one who greets first

The prophet(SAW) said "Time will pass rapidly, good deeds will decrease, miserliness will be throw in the hearts of the people. afflictions will appear and there will be much "Al Harj". They said "O Allah's apostle
"What is "Al Harj".
He said , "killing, killing".

A very important habit
to cultivate within ourselves. Let's ensure and pray to Allah that our
tongues and hands don't become a source of harm to others as the prophet
(s) instructed us - not at home nor outside. See the attached hadith
and pl share widely to get others on this habit too...

The Messenger of Allah(peace and blessings of Allah be upon Him) said,"The likeness of the believers in their mutual love, mercy and compassion is that of the body; when one part of it is in pain, the rest of the body joins it in restlessness and fever."

An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action.Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood.* Prophet Muhammad SAS*

The Prophet (SAW) said in a hadith
"Propagate Islam even if it is one word"

Beautiful Hadith

It is narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings
of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah has one hundred parts of mercy, of
which He sent down one between the jinn, mankind, the animals and the
insects, by means of which they are compassionate and merciful to one
another, and by means of which wild animals are kind to their offspring.
And Allaah has kept back ninety-nine parts of mercy with which to be
merciful to His slaves of the Day of Resurrection.”
Saheeh Muslim

Those who are not kind and merciful to mankind then Allah(swt) is not kind and merciful to them as well
