You can have this with rice or noodles of your choice. I like it with rice noodles or rice sticks.
1 pound ground turkey
1/3 cup red bell peppers (diced)
1/3 cup yellow bell pepper (diced)
1 1/2 cups of green beans (chopped)
1/2 onions (diced)
black pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
light soy sauce to taste (this is lower sodium)
olive oil
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
water
In pan ground the turkey until done. Season meat with black pepper, sea salt or soy sauce to taste, Add a little olive oil to help sautee the vegetables. then add peppers, and half of onions and sautee together for 8 minutes or until tender. Add green beans and remaining onions, continue to sautee for 8-10 minutes. Add tomato paste and a little water, but not to make it to runny. let simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
serve with Rice or noodles
